Anyone have the CEv9 Pro License Agreement?

Crystal has an offer of a free "full" copy of CEv9 PRO, but the fine print says that it is subject to special terms for "promotional licenses". These terms are in the CEv9 Pro license point 4.8. Anyone have the license handy to post what point 4.8 says?

Here is the infor for CE9 Pro

4.8 Upgrade and Promotional Licenses.

(a) Upgrade License. You may have received the Software pursuant to the terms of a Crystal maintenance or Upgrade Advantage program for another Crystal software product (“Old Version”). If so, your license to use the Software is limited to the aggregate number of licenses you have acquired for the Old Version. If you choose to use the Software and the Old Version simultaneously, the aggregate number of users Accessing the Software and the Old Version may not exceed the aggregate number licenses you have acquired for the Old Version.

(b) Promotional License. If you received the Software as a special offer or promotional license (“Promotional License”) included with another Crystal software product (“Other Product”), you may not increase the number of promotional CALs so provided for Accessing the Software on a single Project, APS or APS Cluster above the number of Promotional Licenses indicated in your ordering documentation and/or packaging materials for the Other Product, even if you acquire additional licenses of the Other Product or any other Crystal software product and additional Promotional Licenses are included with such product. In addition, you may only use the Promotional Licenses with reports generated by the Crystal software product with which the Software was provided.
