All,
Working with a customer on a IP412 with 4.1.15 software using the
4.1.20 Phone Manager client.
They use a Citrix Access Gateway web-based client for their VPN
access.
They are looking at setting up a couple of telecommuters using the
PMP using Windows XP SP3 client PC's.
When trying to connect outside the office, they can access the IPO
via Manager..see the SSA application work fine...but when they start
up the PMPro using Telecommuter they cannot even connect to the IPO
via the IP Address.
All ports are open on their HQ firewall...they ran the AvayaFW.bat
file on their client PC's as well.
They can take the PC onto their LAN and it works fine...no problems.
Is this a Citrix limitation here or has someone set this up
successfully and has some tips/pointers??
Would 4.2 make a difference here?
Thanks much,
Tim
