Anyone Have good Experice with Managed Mult-Server Hosts?

I need to migrate our site to a new host and am of course nervous about where to go to.. They can say 99% uptime but there's really one hard way to find out.

I need to find a host that supports
Multi-Server, Load Balanced hosting
Cold Fusion MX (6 or 7)
Managed hosting (I'd like general server updates to be handled by the host since I'm a 'one-person-team' right now...)

I'm happy with the host I have, but I can tell I've outgrown them...

I host my own stuff so i can't help you, just wanted to say hi.

I would check with crystaltech and see what they have available. I use their shared plans and they are 100% top notch. I am not sure what their managed options are like, but they do colo and dedicated.
