Anyone have direct experience with Rackable Systems?

Hi, all-

I am looking for anyone who has had direct experience with a company called Rackable Systems, Inc. I am interested in your assessment of them, such as how easy or hard are they to do business with? What about follow on tech support? How good is their hardware? How do they deal with customers? We are about to start building out a data center and I want to find some options. Also how about similar questions about Monarch Computer Systems?

Hope this is not a verbotten request ... I am sincerely in need of advice here, and have found precious little elsewhere.
