Just trying to decide which way to go on an upgrade MSS or Exchange. Seems like exchange has more features and is more seamless (one inbox) but I am more concerned about how it impacted you email side. Email is the most important application we have and I don't want to get crushed if using it for Avaya messages causes problems.
