I am trying to determine what the different values for
DeferFlags mean under the HKEY_Current_User\Network section of the registry.
We are having a problem with persistent drive mappings on our servers causing domain account lockouts and I found that the registry entries for the drive mappings vary when they should be the same.
One will have:
"DeferFlags"=dword:00000004
While another server with the same mapping will have:
"DeferFlags"=dword:00000001
I just cannot find a list of what the values represent so that I can determine which one is correct. Making changes and testing on the server is not a great idea of course and local PC restrictions prevent me from replicating the issue on my test device.
Anyone have a reference that details the drive mapping registry keys?
Thanks.
It's hard to think outside the box when I'm trapped in a cubicle.
