Hi,

I have just implemented a FoxPro Database in my company. I recently carried out a training on how to use this software with all the staff in the company.
Being the main technical user, I would like to get some feedback on how the training went and how the staff find the software.
Does anyone have a sample questionnaire that is professionally prepared to assist me in carryting out this activity.
please, assist me as I need this rather urgently.
