Anyone got experience outputting Reports into Zetafax Submit folders ?

I have been playing around with outputting Access reports into .sub files for processing by ZetaFax. The part I am having difficulties with is the layout on Zetafax of the exported fields. I have a lot of difficulties getting consistancies in layout.

Does anybody have experience in this at all ?
