Anyone got an IOMEGA REV drive??

just got one of these. the 35/90 one. usb.

installed the software as per the manual however the software keeps telling me the disk is protected. the manual and online help say you need to run the User Mode program as an administrator. i'm the administrator/only user on the computer and i've run the user mode prog a number of times however it still won't work.

has anyone else had this problem??
