I was just wondering if anyone had a good book in mind for the 70-229 exam
Designing and Implementing Databases with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition

I liked the Exam Cram book, though I don't know if you can still find it. Plus I used Transcender and worked with SQL Server 2K daily for almost a year by that time. Check out Amazon.com for reviews on the books.
