anyone get mode config to work with srx5308 with 4621

just trying to set up a SRX5308 to do "mode config" (because is cant figure it out with a FVS338)

just wondering if anyone has set this up and got it to work?

any help would be great!

I tried to follow the Avaya IP Office Tech Tip PDF 184, but still no luck. the SRX5308 sets up just a bit different than the 338. I think I'm missing a setting in the 5308....at least I hope!!
