Anyone familiar with package 302 - MOSR

We have been looking at all kinds of options for connecting cell phones to the pbx system to reduce in-building air-time costs. I happened to stumble across package 302 in my searching, but I cannot find any info on it other than it's description. We run succession 4.5 here and I was wondering if this package is still available, and how it works.

Should have mentioned that this package is called:
Meridian 1 Mobility Server - Microcellular option or Multisite networking.

Package 302 was used for "Meridian Microcellular". Provided the ability to utilize cellular phones within the enterprise by deploying a microcellular radio infrastructure. The product was discontinued circa 2000 and is no longer available.
