We are setting up an IVR for a Pharmacy group just wondered if anyone knows or does the Call Manager have the ability to do a Hook Flash Dial to a Hunt Group.
1) Call Comes into IVR Dialogics
2) Customer presses Key for options
3) Dialogixs Opens line to Swicth which then sends the call to assigned Hunt group based on the # pressed by user
anyone done it before
