Anyone experiencing high frequent LCD issues on 1400 series? 1

I am getting regular calls from various customers, as well as having 2 in my own office, of LCD displays either being all garbled or completely gone and just backlit blank.

I can unplug the garbled units for a couple of minutes and then get a week or two out of them. The completely blank units seem to never come back. Phones operate fine otherwise.

I read a few posts about upgrading IPO core software, but if I have 15 or 20 on a given site and 2 or 3 go bad at each given site, wouldn't that be the phone? If so, are these problematic phones?
