Anyone ever have an issue with a bringing up a Windstream TDM PRI

Usually just plug and play with these guys even when it is off of their soft switch, but for whatever reason I cant seem to get the trunk in service. Windstream can run patterns through the circuit and loop up to my equipment, but no luck. I am guessing its a soft loop somewhere in AT&T land but we will see.

have they had you put a hard loop at the smart jack at your end to verify connectivity?

i have had a couple of turnups that went bad with windstream and a TDM PRI. the solution was to make windstream set their PRI switch type to 5ESS or DMS100

I have found two basic issues at that point:
1) T-1 crossover cable (Not Ethernet crossover cable!). Many soft switches go back to that old cable.
2) Have the NOC confirm NI2 and its settings.
3) Bad WIC card on the Cisco, but a loopback will show that.
