Anyone ever have a problem with a sniffer in Windows 2000 pro...

This sniffer when it detects no flash...instead of prompting the file dedicated to no flash users...it opens up another "WINDOWS" explorer Browser window

Any idea???

This happens in Windows 2000 pro...and i am testing it with the Flash 4 player installed...just to see if it prompts for flash 5 download
