We are constantly having trouble with this software running very slow. The CPU utilization only averages about 40%, so it doesn't seem to be swamping the server, but it can sometimes take over a minute for a message to reach the customer. Also we have trouble with customers clicking the X to close the chat request window before they reach an agent. It doesn't actually take the chat out of queue, so the agent ends up getting a chat with no customer on the other end.
And last but not least, sometimes we have chats where the customer can see the agent messages, but the agent can see neither the customer's nor their own.
