I've got a client who may be interested in getting set up with Customer Engagement OnAvaya - I guess it's basically Contact Center but cloud-based and runs via Google and Chrome devices.
Has anyone has much experience with this? Is it intuitive/does it work pretty well? How easy/difficult is deployment? I've been working with the IPO for almost a decade now, but haven't had a chance (or willingness) to even mess with IPOCC yet. Lack of certification and technical documents has kept me from doing so, but it's a pretty big opportunity with this client so I may go that route. Generally for call center environments I use Chronicall.
