Anyone deal with this denial event

i have a CM4.0.1 & calls going over one of my circuits are now giving the below denial event when doing a list trace:

1193 Equipment congestion Switching equipment congestion.
See Cause Value 42 on page 163.

Cause Value 42
[0x2A/0xAA] -
Switching equipment congestion
The call could not be completed because the switching equipment generating this Cause Value
is experiencing a period of high traffic.
This Cause Value has end-to-end significance and should always be passed back through the
network to the user.
Troubleshooting
Wait and try the call again later.

Do you have bandwidth limits on your network-regions?


I it possible thats an indication your hitting those limits? I'll see what I can dig up but I was curious if that might be it.

well these sets are not using a network region, it's strickly TDM over PRI.
