Anyone connected an Tandberg 990 on an IPOffice ???

Did a fancier version of a Tanberg last week with 8 channels of ISDN, worked great.... once I had swapped out the rubbish Molex SO adaptors and used to proper Avaya ones (even though they are re-badged Molex)

Andy, how where the BRI's on the Tandberg configured?
For me they where on ETSI euro ISDN but i just saw that it should be se to !TR6 when it is connected to a PBX.

They were just left as ETSI, basically it came out the box plugged in and it recognised the lines, just needed to enter the DDI(s) assigned to it

The point is that it only says it has lines when i do not use 100 ohm terminators.

I cannot make a call because it say network error.
I think it is still configured for IP instead of ISDN.
Incoming is send to the S0 port but the Tandberg does not respond on it.

I think i am going crazy while it is an issue on the Tandberg
Can you send me the config by the way so that i can do some checking?

Did you make your own SO adaptor? Did you put the reversal in?

They are Avaya branded so they are OK
I also made cross cables and tested them all.

You don't need cross cables, just standard patch leads.
I remember working with a really old Tandberg and it would only recognise the 1st BRI connected, Tandberg had withdrawn support for the unit 5 years before that so I gave up, was customers issue anyway

I am not onsite anymore so i cannot check.
I cannot recall if it has the ISDN capabilities.
But if the serial is not in then should it show the ISDN setting at all?
