We now have iPhones as the company phone for the higher ups. They were all purchased separately within the last year but models vary slightly. We have to view something remotely from time to time so I installed teamviewer mobile on them. Now whenever it tries to open Office docs, it wants to open with Teamviewer and gives no other options. I was told that they had a built in program to view Office docs, but i dont know what program that was or how to change the default back to it.

Also, one of the iPhones has multiple email addresses (2) but sometimes the secondary cannot move items to the trash.

Any ideas are welcome and since there isnt a "Mobile" section, didnt know where to put this question.

TIA

P.S. Ive since talked with apple and tried recreating the email account but it still has the same problem.

After finally being able to speak to a Apple Senior Tech, I was given something to try, which worked for the "Not able to move to trash" problem. Delete the email account, put phone in airplane mode so it cant communicate to any servers, recreate the account but make sure that you select "POP" at the top of the POP and SMTP settings page because it defaults to IMAP which can make some servers mad.

If you look into the account of the email and it only has a Trash folder but no Trash icon, like the Trash bin, then the above will work for you.

Still not sure about the Office viewer. I thought the 4 and 4S had a built in viewer that just couldnt edit. Does anyone know a good free app that views and/or edits excell/word/powerpoint....?
