Anyone abt. Exchange Reel SW?

AIXers,
just want to ask anyone from you knows about Reel Exchange SW 5.1.4? coz im having problem right now regarding this application.. i am currently using AIX433 version and 514 Reel Exchange.. everytime my data exceed 210mb.. it cant span to another tape.. im using 3490E....
what could this be?
