Anybody with Alcatel OmniPCX (OXO) experience

Have a site in Turkey that experiences very bad echo on external (international calls).
Analogue trunk lines/digital handsets.

Local provider wants to charge arm and a leg for ISDN2e lines as a solution.

Any ideas.
