Anybody recognize this Outlook 2000 error !!! 1

I keep getting this error when a user tries to look at the journel entries within the activities tab of a contact in Outlook 2000. "Outlook cannot display this view. A folder by this name"
If anybody could assist me with this I would really appreciate it...Thanks, Hebbs

Try starting outlook with the /cleanviews switch.

You might try to run Detect and Repair from the help menu. You will need the CD or the source from a share that Office was installed from. If that does not work you can go to add/remove programs and click on the change button next to Microsoft Office 2000 and do a repair. If this does not fix it you can remove Office using add/remove programs and then reinstall it.
