Most definitely. I still maintain 3 small 3.12 sites (under 10 users each). Of course it's like being the Maytag repairman (he died a couple years back and nobody notices - they just put his hat in the adverts now). I pinch myself occasionally to make sure I'm still present. Yet to come up with a relevancy test.
One site now has over 600 days without a reboot, and the last one was due to a prolonged power outage.
I've got a few clients still running 3.12 for critical business applications and they just can't seem to justify implementing a newer system. But point being the systems are over 10 years old and still chugging along just like new.
One of my former contracts still uses a NW 3.12 fileserver that hasn't been re-booted in at least 4 years. It still runs on a Compaq 2500 (Pentium 200Mhz) w/256MB RAM and 4x4.3GB drives in a Raid5 array (serving approx 40 users (200 at one time))-- AMAZING
