Anybody have luck with 2 BCMs (VoIP), centralized voicemail with MWI?

Hello all,

I've been going crazy trying to network 2 BCMs with either Voice over IP or point-to-point PRI. VoIP is one customer's connectivity & P2P PRI is the other customer's. Networking is OK, calls go through, etc. But, the centralized voicemail on the host system will not generate a Message Waiting Indicator on the remote phone (whose mailbox actually resides on the host system). EVERYTHING else works - the MWI is the only thing lacking. Nortel has been working on a solution for over a week now. Any field tech tricks to making this work??

are u on 3.6? what is the protocol u have between the systems?
