Anybody aware of Censoft's TERM on ScoOSR 5.0X ?

Hi,

I have 2 Sco Open Server 5.0x systems at diff. locations & have modem and Censoft's "TERM" at each system. I need to transfer some files from one system to another using telephone line . would anybody pl. guide me what to do ?
