I'm wondering if there's a way to "run as" a file to gain access to changing TCP/IP properties on WinXP systems without having to manually log out, log in as local admin, make the change, then log back in as the restricted user.
You can't right-click or CTRL-right-click network properties for the "run as" privelege, and I browsed C:\windows and subfolders to see if I could find any executable that could be "run-as" launched, to no avail. I'm hoping to find a way without adding any shareware apps.
Any ideas, anybody?
