Any way to print a footer/header on each page?

Probably not possible, but is these any method using CSS that will print a standard footer or header message on each page of a print-out?

AFAIK, you'll have to include the content on each of the pages. Once CSS3 comes around, you'll have a lot more to work with. see this article for more:
