Hello!

I have a requirement to find the number of DML statements (SELECT, UPDATE, DELETE) in all Stored Procedures in a database.

Is there any way to get it quickly.

Thanks in advance.

This looks like one of those "quantitative assessments" used to estimate value of software. Bah.

Script all stored procs into single .SQL file (with EM), then count all occurences of DML words (SELECT, INSERT...) in script. This method isn't perfect (comments, server-side dynamic SQL etc) but is quick and probably good enough.
