Hi

I have 2 accounts and I want to compare their priviledges.
Whoami /priv works for locally logged on user but i want to know about "network services" logon on 2 different servers.

Cheers

the system account network services you mean? half of its rights are hard coded, the rest are given by user rights assignments.
so this would boil down to a matter of exactly what you want to check. network service, local service, service, localsystem, and system do not map back to everything the way a normal user account does. they are "system effects", meaning, a regular user context is unnecessary for them...if that makes sense.
