I could have sworn I saw a feature in the basic included MovieMaker tool (on Octane) that allowed you to change the speed that a movie clip will play back, allowing a slow motion or sped-up effect. Now I can't find it. Was I just dreaming? Does anyone know a way to speed up or slow down individual clips (or an entire movie) using MovieMaker?
