Hi,

We have a remote 3rd party site that we have access to the webadmin, and fat client but not to the server itself.

Is there anyway of telling what su level this is at? we think that the remote site has upgraded to su5 as all our feeds have stopped.

Any ideas?

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

Questions...how are you getting the server registry key if you don't have remote access to the server? Are you sure you're not seeing the client SU level since you have access to the client.

As for the webclient, on the webclient main page ther should be a about webclient link on the front page, clicking on that will tell you what SU the SWC is at...you don't even need to log in.

we aren't allowed pc anywhere type access to the server, but we can get through the firewalls with the manage server functionality
