Any way for a non-admin to manage another TS session?

I was just curious if anyone has ever come across a solution that would allow a non-admin to remote control another user's session on a Terminal Server.

The only way that I would see this working is if you changed the permissions of RDP-TCP connection in Administrator Tools => Terminal Services Configuration to allow a user Full Control permission.

I just tried your suggestion and it didn't work. I got an "access denied" message. There must be more to it. Thanks anyway.
