We have multiple sites and two Data Centers. The Voice recording will be centralized at the two Data Centers. The Primary voice logger is at DC1 and the Secondary voice logger is at DC2. The objective is to capture two copies of the (same) voice RTP streams from the (individual) Branches to two different Data Centers.

Is there any voice recording product has a feature used to send voice (stream) recording to two different locations?

You can use the Multicast protocol to do that. Have a look at VLC Server to get an idea of how it works.

Essentially, it looks like IP, but it works quite differently, with the endpoints registering to receive a stream, and the intermediate network infrastructure passing a single copy of the stream though the network out to multiple endpoints.

It also requires your network to either support it, or even better be configured with proper Multicast configurations across it.

VLC multicast streaming is not reliable and extremely finicky with regards to codecs.

We do exactly what you are looking for using forking from our SBCs. We do hosted CUCM, IPCC and Genesys and use Verint for our hosted recording.

Another option is to use VRFs to route the audio to the second DC and span it to the recorders. You'll need to setup vacl's so that the recorders don't get overloaded with non rtp or signalling traffic though.

Neither of these will record internal calls though. If you need to record internal as well look at RSPAN from the remote sites back to the DCs

Biglebowskis Razor - with all things being equal if you still can't find the answer have a shave and go down the pub.
