Any Toshiba Strata CTX100 experience? I have a hopefully simple question!

Hi all,

I have a Toshiba Strata CTX1000 switch at a remote office and they require to divert calls to an external number after 15 rings. After trawling forums I can't actually find a decent set of instructions to do this at the switch level. I have had a play around with the profiles by editing the forward number but this did not work. I have tried to talk the user through doing this at the mast phone by using the keypad but this did not seem to work. Do I need to activate anything?

Any help would be much appreciated

From the manual:

Call Forward No Answer, press: Ext. button +  (Tone) + Dest. No. (Tone) + Timer + #
(• Destination – If the destination is an outside number, press # after entering the
destination. The CTX accepts destination numbers of up to 32 digits.)

I believe you need to have "26 Tandem CO Connection" enabled in COS as well.
