Any Sugesstions For Call Pilot Backup

Hey technical gurus
I have a problem backing up my call pilot 150 for a customer who has his on the LAN. About 2/3 way through it bombs, I have remote utilities 10 and have done many backups on KSU's. I tried to do a direct connect backup and it fails as well. I'm not sure what else to try, but I read an old thred that said reboot and then try. This does not seem necessary. Any suggestions would help.

I sometimes have this problem. JUst restart the backup and tell it to to begin from the beginning again.

Start checking your software and firmware versions. Some versions had backup problems and upgrade and key code entries locking systems up. (dead) Make sure that you don't try to use backup from remote site.(you get flatline - dead CP)
