any software to replace procomm?

I am new to procomm and aspect script. Since procomm 4.8 is not supported on windows XP, we are looking for some software which has the full feature of procomm and is supported on windows XP. Does anyone use HyperAccess or FileLink or any other software instead of Procomm?

Or does anyone have any idea if we can write some script to get procomm fully supported on XP?

Any information is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
