That happens... The thing to ask yourself is whether or not you realy NEED someone local. Personally, I support users around the world. I started the day with a remote session for a user in Ireland and have since worked with users in CT and AZ today... Sure I have local clients, but I (and many GoldMine techs I know) am able to support clients remotely without a problem.
