I 'M LOOKING FOR ANY SITES THAT ARE GOOD FOR ME TO DOWNLOAD NOVELL CLIENT 3X FOR WINDOWS 98.

You can get it from the Novell homepage. Did you not look there first?? That would seem to be the most logical course of action before asking someone else to do it for you.
