Someone in purchasing asked me about a sales order that is eight months old. They would like to know if a particular one was ever printed out back then. Is there any way to check this in the system? I've never tried something like that.

There is no hard copy to be found in the filed records, but they're looking to find if the SO was ever printed originally.

Thanks for any light you can shed on the situation.

Hi.

There is a field called PrntSalesOrders with a Y or N for yes printed, or no not. You can see it in Sales Order Inquiry, if you add the field to a custom lookup view.

It will not tell you when, where, or by who though, so I doubt it will help your clients much.
