I suspect this is going to be an IE7 issue (settings and lack of certification of 7.4 with IE7), but has anyone experienced the problem of the PNG icons of the Dimension viewer (left hand side of the report - folders, tree and '+' & '-' boxes) not being shown?
I've found KB1023105.2 on the Cognos support site, but the solution (change the page refresh settings) doesn't work for me.
I have this issue on only certain servers on a thin client network, so it's not a setting on the Cognos PPES server, unless there's a way to get Cognos to use exclusively GIFs instead of PNGs.
