I have a Ticket open with Siemens, it has been about a week now.

We would like to direct a DNIT directly to a queue within Procenter.

How can this be done. I just want the ACD manager off my back and my boss. The answer I give them, is Siemens is working on it.

HELP!!!!!

How well do you know ACD?

You have to set up the ACD number in the switch first - add-dnit, type is interdtn I believe, and you need to assign the rcg of the ACD group you want it to go to. If you display DNIT either type all or interdtn you should be able to see how the other numbers are set up. If there is another one that goes to the same group just set your new one up the same way.

Then the problem I had when learning procenter (and I BARELY learned enough to be dangerous) the rightmost tab on the manager screen is something like "Telephony" and you have to make sure you add that new DNIT number in there or procenter won't see it. When I finally figured that out and said something to the tech he said "oh yeah, did I forget to tell you about that." That was where my problem lie. All I wanted to do was add another clinics outside number into an existing group because we merged 2 clinics together - I had all the ACD stuff set up in the switch but procenter refused to acknowledge the number.

It takes like 5 minutes for manager to come up on my computer and I'm on the way to lunch. If what I wrote above doesn't help let me know and I'll pull it up and go into that exact screen and remind myself the exact details.

Ok I added what I need, now in the static flow, I can't figure out how to draw does damn lines...lines with arrows and within them have have the comment *, dnit

Sorry, for having a brain fart! I figured it out! Click and drag....

Yeah, I had the part with the lines all figured out; it just took me 3 days to figure out why ProCenter wasn't sending any calls to the new station and that was all in the Telephony tab.

Best way to learn it tho is to figure it out - problem with that on a live system is if you screw up they come down on you like a ton of bricks!!
