Any problems with GP 9.0 running on W2003 64 bit server?

I just have been told that we will be upgrading our current gp 8.0 w2k server to a gp 9.0 w2003 64bit one.

Would there be anything that would make this upgrade different from a normal gp upgrade? (I've done server swapping before). I am just wondering if gp 9.0 has problems with a 64bit server....

Scratch that.. apperently now we are moving towards windows 2003 32bit server.

So the question changes:

Are there any improvements in changing the OS to 2003 for GP?
