Any problem in PARM

Hello

I have got a system Meridian 1 Option 71
Software Release 21.19
I want change in SYSP INTN YES (A-LAW) and other parameters in LAPD block. If i change its and make INI all working and no problem. Next i make save data (EDD).
But if i make SYSLOAD all data in SYSP and LAPD is not changed, i must change its parameters again.

O yes yes this is a big problem but you have a wrong block lenght
