Just want to know is there anyway to view the extn no under queue calls for ACD???

Currently, i prog a acd group for internal purpose
such as 6789 (ACD) with 2 extn (6763&6793 :adn 1904&1905)
Can i view the caller who is in que in the 3213set??? Someone ( old colleague of mine, no longer in my company)has mentioned b4 that u can actually view the caller who is in que but it seems not working or i'm not sure of the settings!!! The no of max que is 2

Pls advice

aspac:parnum=137,parval=1 will activate F2-Sofwarekye

to whosrdaddy,

Yes i want to see the clip of the caller who is in queue, not which has been answered. Cuz this acd is meant for internel within my off premises. So sometimes big bosses will call the helpdesk line, as usual the agents need to asnwer their call a.s.ap. Is it possible to be done???

to my knowledge, it can't be done, but maybe there are patches for a specific market that can do this, but in standard release it is not possible.

greetings,

Dear Whosrdaddy,

I somehow manage to ask around regarding this matter, some says that I have to initiate as CTI group or have CTI software!!! Possible please explain in detail!!!

Thanks,
:)

The OAS together with Solidus Ecare runs CTI.

CTI means that an external application takes control of the call completely . MD110 is only doing the queing.
