Hey all,

Since Panasonic discontinued, our company- like many, have been pretty much selling hosted services nowadays. There are many great hosted solutions out there, but for some businesses, we feel like an on-premise would still be ideal- whether it be for lack of data cabling, or high quantity of phones, or what-have-you.

We occasionally do still sell an NS700 every now and then, but the whole discontinued thing is obviously a deal-breaker for many.

What I'm wondering is if anyone knows of or has been working with/installing another on-premise solution and how that has been working out? Any information or feedback is much appreciated!

Thank you!

I have been migrating my clients to either Grandstream UCM6300 series or Yeastar S100 OR S300.
Yeastar now has P-Series PBX. For clients who had lots of analog sets, i have used Grandstream or Yeastar ATA to accomodate them and replaced the digital sets with SIP IP Sets

I am now out the game as of last year but we moved to NEC, their SL2100 was decent system however programming seemed very over complicated compared to Panasonic, I have worked on IPECS and Avaya too, IPECS no longer do the EMG80 which was a great digital phone based system, their UCP100 still does digitals however it's a bit of a messy layout.
Avaya is good but I think they only manufacturer one digital phone nowadays....

NEC is the way to go if your wanting to do digital handsets....just be prepared for a headache with the config.
