Any options to merging when a merge fails? 1

With BackupExec one option when cataloging a tape (the equivalent to merging in arcserv) is you can check a box or hack the registry (depending on whether you're using v9 or v8.6) to force BackupExec to catalog tapes by reading them file by file instead of just reading the catalog at the start of each session.

Does Arcserve have that capability or if a particular session fails to merge are you basically just screwed?
