Any one using a VTL with Arcserve?

We are getting a NetApp VTL next week....
It is our first experience with a VTL. I wondered if anyone had some thoughts on best practices or wanted to share their experiences with Arcserve and a VTL.

I would like to suggest you download ARCServe r11.5 SP3
below :

and when install ARCServe Backup Manager don't forget choose Tape library option.

Thanks for the suggestion... we have already tried SP3 and it caused us considerable pain...had to back it off.
I think I will wait and see if we need it before applying... I already have it downloaded.
