default system config and reload system software through the DTE.
The line "FATAL" says it all.

Prior to a full default can you ascertain whether this reboot occurs due to excess network traffic.
i.e remove the link to clients network and leave only vm pc attached, this will mean no phone manager for a while but worth it in short term.
Network sniffers/scanners are a valuable tool in this instance to tell whether there is any traffic issues.
Other issues hubs or switches ?any VOIP?

What would a loss of power show. Sorry for asking but not seen it.
I take it this would just stop or would it?
Then commence once power was up

Hi,

I had this kind of problem one day, the the processor and module where restarting itself. It was because of a loop in voicemail pro, I dont know if you have one, but it's somewhere you can look. It took us a few hours to discovered it.

Looking at the age of the SW also think this will be 1st place to look.
May do a config re-write too.

Cut and paste the old config to a new clean one untill you see it happen.
